[Overview]

Andromeda... A planet not created by the Great Gods' will, struggling with its own destiny from its very first day. Perhaps that's why the threads of its fate, woven differently, have occasionally surprised even the Gods, yet never found peace.

The greatest of the Gods defines the people within Andromeda as his favorite among the beings he did not create himself. However, the inhabitants of Andromeda are too arrogant to comprehend this grace. This arrogant attitude forms the fundamental cause of the current political situation in Andromeda.

Although Andromeda has hosted many races besides humans throughout its millions of years of history, it has never been as vibrant as it is now. Since humanity mutated due to the influence of the Fielyth mineral extracted from the planet's core, the spectrum of beings represented by the word 'human' has expanded so much that some of the former inhabitants of this world, who used to live hidden lives, have begun to wander among these mutants. In this world where non-mutant humans are extremely rare, and even individuals who could be considered purely mutated are quite scarce, mutations do not form the primary cause of the segregations in this world.

In the world of Andromeda, magic is performed with "Aura," which signifies the planet's energy, and is a gift from the ancient creatures, the planet's first inhabitants, to humans. The Fielyth mineral, on the other hand, is the source of the planet's energy, and when humanity realized that the planet's energy could also be an unlimited energy source for their own technologies, they extracted this mineral from the planet's core. Despite the part of the population that has always been able to use magic and has been intertwined with nature claiming that this was illogical, they were either killed or subdued over time, and the mineral continued to be used. This process gradually led to mutations in humans due to radiation and weakened the planet's natural energy production, but it did not prevent the use of the mineral.

Due to the unstoppable use of the mineral, Andromeda, a planet gradually becoming drier and losing its energy, is the greatest concern of the world in modern times. However, the states advocating for the use of this mineral do not step back on this issue. The effects of technology ingrained in their culture, the ability to control the rest of the world, is a power that many rulers are unwilling to give up.

These states also believe that venturing into space for more than two thousand years is an act of blasphemy, and therefore, they reject the idea of searching for a new colony by venturing into space and have completely closed off the Andromeda planet to outer space. They have accepted living in a world that is slowly killing itself due to their beliefs. Some believe that this annihilation is their fate, while others believe that the use of the mineral will not destroy the world. It is at this point that a small group begins to emerge, aiming to oppose all these states.

The Revolutionaries largely reject using the technologies contained within the Fielyth mineral and believe that the planet needs to be opened to the outside world for the population to be saved. Instead of positioning themselves in any part of the magic or technology dispute, they prepare to openly wage war against each state opposing the complete change of the world's governance.

[World of Andromeda]

Many countries within the ANDROMEDA world have moved towards regional integration through agreements over time. Many continents constitute a United Nations community hosting numerous countries within them.

The outlook on the Fielyth mineral and the technology it provides is mostly negative outside the western parts of the planet. The majority of countries in the United Illasia Kingdoms, Kanbina Republic, Megitsune Empire, Hanagasumi Islands, and Yugen Islands largely believe in the necessity of technology and are bound by beliefs that spread completely about two thousand years ago. The belief that the Gods do not want the inhabitants of the planet leads them to believe in the necessity of self-sufficiency, and they consider venturing into space as opposing the wishes of the Gods, thus there are no attempts to venture beyond the Andromeda planet. Of course, the use of Fielyth mines is not equal in all regions. Many countries in the Illasia continent have a larger share of this mineral due to the consequences of the "Second Fielyth War." This has led to a major drought, despite their technological strength, dragging the previously only dry southern region into a significant drought. Thus, the Illasia continent is in a position where tropical plants are only sparsely found along its coasts. The eastern region and the united kingdoms, however, have not succumbed to drought due to their greater respect for nature. Generally, their borders are defined by thin lines of forests, and inhabitants still living in the forests outside cities are frequently encountered.

The Egoran Islands, Aquilatum Islands, Liberatalas, and Lucrosia continents, as well as the Hjalmstrand and Idunnholme islands, completely oppose the use of the mineral and host different nations and countries descended from the people who migrated here before the wars over the mineral. Their technologies vary from region to region, consisting of undeveloped cities, disconnected tribes from the outside world, and primitive nations with different beliefs, all of which are under the exploitation of the entire world remaining in the east. The fact that the mutants here are exposed to the mineral less makes them purer, and the more frequent birth of non-mutated individuals here is a blessing that the Eastern world, conducting experiments to produce new mutations and develop existing ones, could never find in themselves. Unfortunately, a way to reverse mutations has not yet been found. One of the most prevalent beliefs in these continents is that magic and nature are quite sufficient for a proper life. Therefore, stronger wizards and aura users, known as users of natural energy, generally emerge from the inhabitants of this continent. Respect for nature is evident throughout, with no signs of drought, greater diversity of animals and plants in nature, and fully functional ecosystems. Except for Lucrosia and Liberatalas, they have a central government, but many parts either remind of medieval times from our world or the recent centuries after the industrial revolution. Lucrosia and Liberatalas, on the other hand, host a wide range of conscious beings, from strange mutants defining themselves as forest fairies to elves who have just started making clothes from skins and roam with spears and arrows, and even to small cities using modern technology.
